Informational content

This site describes Permadyn AI services and perspectives. It is not legal, medical, investment, security, or other professional advice. Articles, examples, and AI workspace results may simplify technical topics and should be evaluated against your own requirements.

AI workspace

The Workspace is currently paused. When available, the Permadyn AI Workspace produces automated suggestions from the information you provide. Results may be incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable for your circumstances. The workspace cannot inspect your real software, data, organization, or obligations. Do not rely on it for consequential legal, financial, medical, security, or safety decisions.

No client relationship

A workspace result, form submission, scoper result, or initial email does not create a client relationship or duty of confidentiality. Do not send highly sensitive information before the appropriate agreement is in place.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, Permadyn LLC owns the original site design, copy, illustrations, and articles. You may link to the site and quote brief passages with attribution. Substantial reproduction or commercial reuse requires written permission.

Availability and external links

The site and workspace may change, reach a usage limit, or become unavailable without notice. External links are provided for context. Permadyn does not control or endorse every statement on those sites.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, the site is provided as is. Permadyn LLC is not liable for decisions based on its general informational content or automated workspace results. Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations.

Governing law

Missouri law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
