Privacy

This notice explains what Permadyn LLC collects through permadyn.ai and how we use it.

Information you provide

A project note may include your name, email, organization, message, and scoper answers. A newsletter request includes your email and confirmation status. Do not submit protected health information, account credentials, or other sensitive personal data through public forms.

AI workspace

The Workspace is currently paused and does not accept requests. When available, text entered in the Permadyn AI Workspace is sent to OpenAI to generate and screen a response. Permadyn does not store workspace prompts or responses in its database or analytics. The current browser session retains workspace threads so you can switch tasks and continue. If you choose to submit a project brief, only the editable summary and structured details shown in that form are stored by Permadyn. Do not enter passwords, secrets, regulated data, or sensitive personal information.

How we use information

We use project information to review and answer your inquiry, maintain a business relationship, prevent abuse, and retain business correspondence. We use newsletter information only for notes you confirm you want to receive.

Analytics

Google Analytics and Ahrefs Web Analytics measure general usage on public pages. Ahrefs receives public pageviews through a separate tracking document containing no forms or links, and does not use cookies or persistent visitor identifiers. Pages with unrecognized URL parameters are excluded; recognized source-page and campaign parameters are removed from measurement URLs. Owner, API, newsletter confirmation, unsubscribe, media, and Workspace routes are excluded. We send page paths and referring origins, not URL parameters or fragments. Measurement may include approximate location and device or browser information. Workspace events record only the selected task, completion, response count, latency, errors, and project-brief conversion. We do not send prompts, responses, form answers, messages, or email addresses as analytics events. Browser privacy controls or content blockers may prevent measurement.

Storage and retention

We save each inquiry and its delivery status in our server database before attempting delivery to HubSpot, our customer relationship management provider. HubSpot receives your business contact details, company, project description, structured answers and inquiry attribution so we can review and respond. The complete local brief is available only after owner authentication. Website inquiry records are retained for up to 24 months; ongoing client records may be governed separately by engagement agreements. Deletion covers both the local database and HubSpot, with any limited backup copies removed on their normal retention schedule. Confirmed newsletter records remain until you unsubscribe. We do not retain raw IP addresses. A one-way secret-keyed representation may be used briefly for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

Inquiry attribution

First-party session storage remembers the landing page, originating content page and limited campaign labels on this website. Each inquiry receives its own identifier and form category. This context is scoped to permadyn.ai; we do not infer cross-device journeys. We do not store form answers in browser storage or send inquiry identifiers to analytics providers. A confirmed submission event means the inquiry was saved locally, not that HubSpot delivery or qualification has completed.

Sharing

Permadyn does not sell personal information. When the Workspace is available, OpenAI processes its text to provide the requested response. HubSpot, infrastructure, email, security, and analytics providers may also process information on our behalf. We may disclose information when legally required.

Your choices

Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. Browser privacy controls can limit analytics. While the Workspace is paused, you can remove retained threads by closing the browser tab or clearing its session storage. When available, it also provides thread-clearing controls. To request access, correction, or deletion of inquiry information, use the contact form.
